We are a pk3-12 grade public education entity. Our high school is a P-TECH high school. We want to guide every student down a path that will lead to a high-wage, high-demand job after high school or after post-secondary choices. 

St. Edward’s University (SEU) is an independent Catholic university that welcomes qualified students of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs and serves a culturally diverse student body. Founded in 1885, SEU makes higher education accessible to students regardless of their background or ability to pay. A Hispanic- and Minority-Serving Institution, over one-third of SEU’s 2,700 undergraduate students are first-generation.

Educational First Steps (EFS) creates and supports high-quality early learning environments that ignite the minds of children from birth to age five. Since 1990, EFS has aimed to help transform low-performing childcare centers in communities with the greatest need across North Texas into nationally accredited, high-quality early learning environments.

Read Up aims for every North Texas student to read at grade level by 3rd grade–regardless of zip code–setting a foundation for future success. Read Up brings together nonprofits (Beacon Hill, Catch Up & Read, Readers 2 Leaders, Reading Partners), schools, and community partners to align early reading programming with student and community needs. With our collaborative approach and shared vision, we achieve a more significant and sustainable impact than any single organization could alone.

The CAST mission is to reinvent schooling to maximize opportunities for students while preparing them for college and careers. Our vision is to create exemplars to address San Antonio’s persistent educational challenges and income inequality across all school districts. As a network of tuition-free, (5) career-themed high schools, one middle school, and one Pre-K to 12 Academy, CAST is dedicated to closing the gap on income inequality and nurturing San Antonio’s homegrown talent.

We support the whole student with personalized services, work closely with community partners, campuses, employers, and advocate for students with lawmakers.

Bold Idea creates access to computer science in under-resourced communities and prepares students for the technology careers of the future.

City Year Dallas (CYD) recruits, trains, and supports a diverse group of young adults ages 18 – 25 to serve full-time as Corps Members (CMs) in historically underserved and underperforming schools, helping to ensure all children, regardless of race or economic background, receive an excellent education. Alongside teachers, CMs provide extra support on attendance, literacy, math, and social-emotional well-being to help students build the skills required to succeed and thrive.

Promoting a culture of care for Texans with experience in foster care as they pursue post-secondary education through: • Network of liaisons and campus support programs • Education about resources and effective supports • Advocacy for the interests of students with experience in foster care • Research related to foster care and post-secondary education.

The Austin Ed Fund inspires the community to invest in Austin ISD. We believe every teacher should be supported, every student should be inspired and strong public schools should strengthen our community.

E3 Alliance’s mission is to transform education systems through data and collaboration so all students succeed. Founded in 2006, E3 Alliance is a nationally recognized, Central Texas-focused, collective-impact, data-driven collaboration of education stakeholders, including 15 independent school districts, eight institutions of higher education, and ~250+ community/industry partners working together to transform education systems cradle-to-career.

My Possibilities is a North Texas based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing continued education, employment, and health services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our mission is to empower these individuals to reach their full potential through a holistic approach, offering vocational training, personal growth opportunities, and a path to meaningful employment in an inclusive community.

Launched in 2015, School Empowerment Network (SEN) is a national non-profit organization whose vision is to create transformational schools where students are treasured, challenged, and inspired. SEN supports educational leaders in developing a vision for their schools, creating community-centered plans, and providing support to drive positive outcomes for all students.

Skillpoint Alliance’s mission is to provide a gateway for individuals to transform their lives through rigorous skills-based training and education. We provide low-income individuals with life-changing pathways out of poverty while supporting the local economy by meeting industry needs for qualified employees.

In collaboration with our West Dallas neighbors, Wesley-Rankin Community Center identifies and bridges gaps in education, health and skills development by providing multigenerational programs that empower families to access their full potential.

Big Thought is an impact education nonprofit that closes the opportunity gap by equipping all youth in marginalized communities with the skills and tools they need to imagine and create their best lives and world. Driven by its mission to make imagination a part of everyday learning, Big Thought has become a national model in arts education, out-of-school time systems, summer learning and juvenile justice intervention.

Catch Up & Read (CAR) addresses a critical need in Dallas, where only 34% of third-graders are meeting grade-level reading benchmarks. CAR's mission is to equip children from underserved communities to read on grade-level by the end of third grade. CAR's focus is to equip teachers with evidence-based literacy practices that give children from underserved communities the reading foundation they need to succeed in school and life.

Child Care Associates was founded more than 55 years ago to meet the needs of working families by providing high-quality child care options. Over the years, CCA has responded to the need of the community, adjusting programing to encompass Head Start, Early Head Start, PreK, child care and child care subsidies. In recent years, CCA has implemented several innovative pilot programs & models designed to strengthen the child care delivery systems and respond to the early educator workforce crisis.

Our mission is to educate, motivate, and inspire all ages in North Texas by presenting aviation and space flight history and innovation through our comprehensive exhibits, collections, programming and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) curriculum.
